  • Early-bird Tickets: $26.15 (50% discount)*

  • SSA Sponsored Tickets: $11.45-$26.15 (50%-80% discount)**

*Discounts are calculated and refunded when ticket sales close.
**SSA Sponsored Tickets are only available to students enrolled in a University of Ottawa Faculty of Science program.

Terms and conditions

  • ​Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

  • Tickets are refundable up to 10 days before the date of the first workshop.

  • A specific student email address may be used to purchase no more than one ticket.

  • Participants may be reassigned to a workshop on a date and time other than the one chosen. 

  • Participant can reschedule a workshop by request but is not entitled to a refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

  • Participants are entitled to a refund for workshops that are cancelled or if they can't attend at the reassigned date and time.
